Founded in 2016, Viva Margarita was established with the intention to introduce authentic Mexican cuisine to the New Jersey and the tri - state area. Our mission is to have our customers experience the culinary traditions of authentic Mexican food in a beautiful and festive environment. Our clients will enjoy our restaurants in a relaxing surrounding characterized by an extensive selection of dishes, desserts, and drinks from various parts of Mexico.

Had a great 2nd time experience here. Loved the jalapeño margarita was just right - not too sweet and nice and spicy. And I'm a sucker for good soup and the chicken pozole stuff was more like a stew (which I love!) loaded with goodies.
